My Honda Integra DC5 Power Window Motor Regulator has broken
My question is
will a JDM Integra DC5 Power Window Motor Regulator fit into my
OEM Integra (AUS Model)

Or whats the best way and easy on the pocket to do this?

It should work.

As for the best way to do this, see if you can rebuild your current one. Most likely its a just bits of nylon plastic that have shat itself and released the tension on the metal wires causing your window to jam.

Generally aftermarket regulators that you see for cheap tend to be poorly made and the motor is very weak.
