AP2 Centre Console Trim Pieces

Hi guys, I managed to get my hands on an AP2 console recently and purchased a CR edition cup holder and switch panel from ebay US.
Only when installing it did I notice a bit of a problem. The cup holder is perfect fit but the switch panels bolt holes don't line up with the AP2 console. Upon closer inspection I realized that the switch panel is a LHD part lol.

Bolt holes are reversed for LHD.

My question is, was the CR model ever available outside the US? Does anyone know if it would be possible to purchase this part in RHD?

There's a s2000 type S that was released in japan. that's probably the closest you can get

I don't think they have the carbon trim piece pictured above though.

Yeah thats the type S interior, you might have to dremel the old mounting points and reglue it to the other side or make new holes in your ap2 centre console.

And would you be able to link me where you got your CR covers from ?

i did exactly this - AP2 centre console with CR LHD cup holder and switch panel.

The switch panel I have is the same one as you have pictured (for LHD). Basically just shave off the two that don't line up (the top two you have circled in the pic) and screw in the bottom two. It fits fine for me and unless you look REALLY closely at it, you won't notice that its not fully screwed down. I actually almost completely forgot that mine wasn't fully screwed down until I read this thread lol.

PS - if anyone wants the OEM 06+ (black) cup holder and switch panel I have them for sale ;).
