08 Honda accory euro luxury ticking noise

I have had my honda since '09 and have noticed a ticking noise that is presenting on the front drivers side nearer to the engine/ tyre, most noticeable when above 30km/h. The faster I go the faster the ticking gets.
I am always getting my car regularly serviced, just had the tyres changed and is now unfortunately out of new car warranty.
Anyone have any suggestions what this could be? Should I be concerned and get it checked out ASAP?

I would start inspection at Suspension and move on to gearbox.
