its transparent red adhesive vinyl. very hard to get hold of unless you know of places that specialise in selling vinyl.

heres a DIY from ClubRSX (http://performance.clubrsx.com/redouttaillights.html) should be pretty much the same on all cars.

As far as I know.. U need yellow/Amber for indicator...
A lot of ppl have been defected for not having the right coloured light...
A suggestion is you could swap the indicator and reverse around...
So the indicator will go in the clear part.

And make sure u dun reverse in front of a copper...

should he send his defect fine to you when he gets in shit for it tofu?

any time u get a roadworthy or if cops have their eyes open they will realise.

Nah they wouldnt be legal...
even with green globes, they just glow a bit less redder....nit enough to avoid a defect and it also makes them hard to see in daylight...

if you had those youre probably better off putting orange globes as they can still be seen in daylight...

and i have been defected for that before as well

use green globes behind the red to make them blink amber

is this a suggestion or fact from experience? i have redded out my tails and would try this if it works.

it works to an extent but makes it almost impossible to see your taillights in daylight......which could mean consequences like a rear ending
