Can I use Coil on plug with this ecu?

Or can I use a dizzy with optical pickup like the MSD?

Coil on plug...
No, you only have one ignition output & no means of triggering an ignition expander.
There was an ignition expanding product out of Japan available about 12years ago that would have worked for you but it's no longer made so you'd have to make your own.

MSD dissy, no, Apexi Power FC's don't like them for some reason.
