Hi all,

New memeber here. Recently picked up this 2005 Luxury Manual.

Great car, even better than Id hoped for. Looking to put new tyres on it. Any recommendations in the 17inch size.? Looking at quality brand names not cheapies.

Looking forward to asking questions, getting advice and contributing to this forum.

Welcome Nigel

What are you looking for in the Tyre? Sporty/Fuel Efficiency/Quietness

I'd recommend Bridgestone RE002's, they can be had for somewhat cheap if you look around. Sporty for street tires, my fuel does okay, not the quietest tires but they do fair for the price you pay. Will put a smile on your face around a corner.

Thanks Amant. The rears are BS, may actually be 002's. The front are Pirellis, cant remember the model. All tyres are great with loads of grip. Low tread on all four mean replacement is due. Would like good grip in wet and dry with good steering feel. Not after a low rolling resistance non grippy tyre.
