Went to have a dyno run the other day just to see what my car had. Here is what i got.
I know every dyno is different but this gives everyone an idea of what to expect (mainly for reference).
Oh i lie, i have a fart can, but it's just the can no bigger piping anywhere.

Also some other comparisons to go by, an eg6? (1995 civic coupe) ran 67kW and a stock DC5R ran (when i was there) 109kW

nice work fella, wish i could get my dc4 up to 100 at the wheels. At least that shows with a couple of mods you should be munching dc5R's for breakfast!!

would there be a pretty big kw difference between 3rd n 4th gear? lyk 100kw in 4th mite be equal to 110kw in 3rd? or sumthing like that?

ginganggooly

Not sure, 4th gear ratio are closest to 1:1 so should be the most accurate

1. Title says Stock "Vtir" Dyno Graph.
2. Its on and Oz"HONDA" forum in the "INTEGRA" section.

Do the Maths.. If you add 1 and 2 you get 3

3 = rx7 infini FC series 5 turbo II

what year model is your teg??

davidd

Not a bad figure, I wouldn't have expected that much power.
Another question, was it truly done in shootout mode, ie tyre pressures checked ....

109 for a dc5r seem a bit high, most of the stock ones in qld were pulling 103 -106 stock.

I've also seen a dc4 auto pull 93.1 with intake and exhaust in true shootout mode

pornstar
11-04-2005, 03:29 PM
yes it was done in true shootout mode. everything done to dyno dynamics stipulated procedures.

his car is well maintained :)

ill get u neil

the lude vtir is pully like 104kw at the wheels and its heavier
so in another would i should have gotten a teg....i got jib

That's awesome man, i've got a 98' VTi-R and if you are pulling those numbers in stock form then it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy knowing that my ride "could" possibly do the same in stock format also. LOL! Good Post!!
