I want to do an Engine Swap 88 Civic ED6 GL (D15b4) to EFI B20B out of CRV .

Want to know exactly what I need besides Engine + Gearbox , Fuel Tank , Fuel Pump Etc , I would like to ask for a list of every little thing I need ready for Swap .

Thankyou .

Thanks for the reply man ! Really appreciate it , I'm a first year mechanic , I plan on doing it myself but I wouldn't know where to start lol , or know if can pull it off myself without help , I was thinking if I can't i would most likely take it to Good Performance & get it all done there for me all I have to do would give them cash and they will do everythig for me .

I've never done an EFI Swap before so yeah , I know basic shit , I could probaly pull off doing a d series conv to another efi d series like say d16y8 - D16y1 etc you know what I meant , but yeah Efi swapping or engine swapping I've never done just read shit loads about

To add to griftys items:

* aftermarket engine mounts (hasport etc)

* EF front cross member or aftermarket (ED unit won't clear B-series exhaust manifold

* DA integra radiator or aftermarket (hose sizes are smaller on D-series)

* slimline fans to suit new radiator

* DA integra radiator hoses

* exhaust will likely need to be modded to fit

* The P/S pump from the B20 won't fit in your ED bay, or bolt up to your existing lines either

The difficulty is not really the EFI part, its shoehorning a bigger motor into the pissy ED bay.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to grifty again.

I have A lot of what you need.
Harnesses, tank, shift linkage, modified crossmember and a lot more.

DIY is best, since youre in mech trade. Youll get charged an arm and a leg if you get someone else to do it.
