Honda Accord Euro CL9 CENTRAL LOCKING isnt working

I have recently got my car back from the smash repairs and now my central locking aren't working. I have read around that the door actuators goes on these cars but do they all go at the same time? or is it just a simple wiring problem?

Turned out the remote was out of battery
