Rear wiper delete

is it illegal in QLD to delete rear wiper?

not sure about your state, but a lot of road cars dont have rear wipers.

i deleted the one on my EG before and when i got a defect notice the inspector said it was missing it.
i said that it only comes on the luxury model of the eg, and that lots of cheap hatches and cars dont have them.
my s2k doesnt even have one and its not like the rear of that is easy to see out of.
