nar just bring the camera along to all the motorsports events we go to.

Phillip Island is a great track to get photos at, there are no annoying fences like at the F1

Interesting. So what's stopping the public to go onto the track then? Bale?

nah this picture shows you what its like

at the edge of the track it kinda dips down and goes into a tyre barrier, and then above that tyre barrier is where the ground starts for the spectator area...

there are fences, just they arent as bad as the ones at the GP... ie the ones in the picture below:

so yeah..
Camera = Canon 300D Digital SLR
Lens = 300mm

Yeah, Phillip Island is a great track in many regards. Down there at MG is a great spot for watching (and listening to) the bikes!

You get the run down from lukey heights, then they open it up all the way 'round onto the straight. Those Superbikes sound awesome.

I haven't been for a few years now, but I still remember that sound.

Actually that shot is at the exit of Siberia, but we visited MG a few times, and it was great as well :D

Thanx for that info Dylan.
I'll be sure to catch any events that happen at PI in future then. :)
