hi guys couldnt find this question answered anywhere so thought i might ask here
as the title says i have a obd1 b16a2 out of a 95 del sol sitting at home and a 89 carby d15b4 ef civic which id like to put it in and i was just wondering what i would need to completely finish the conversion
any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

efi fuel lines and tank probably your biggest hurdle

You need to do some searching, there are several similar threads which should give you the answers you need.

You need to convert from carby to EFi. This involves computer, cabin and engine wiring, fuel tank swap with fuel pump, engine mounts etc.
