Noise when braking from high speed (CL9)

Hi guys, i recently changed out pads and rotors in my 05 cl9 and when imbraking from freeway speeds, i get a noise which sounds like the brake pads however im wondering if any pros on here have experienced a similar thing with cheap pads, or it could be the actual disc not being of the same quality as oem i.e less quality steel..

Any help would be great
