im thinking of doing a order as im sitting on 20"s and was going to compress some springs I have but decided to look into coilovers, any help/ advice or experiences would be great.

***Note: im after something that isnt that stiff or bumpy as I have a toddler sitting at the back.. this coilover will be more for looks and how the car sits and not for performance.

Thanks

Steve

Coilovers aren't for you if you have 20inch rims and a toddler in the back. Think about what you need to do with the car, just fit some lower springs.

Don't compress the springs...
Go back to stock 18's and get the eibach pro kit if you want a lower but comfortable ride.
Some Koni or Blistein shocks to match, or just go with the Koni + GC setup which is comfortable and adjustable

I ran a compressed "reset" spring on my previous euro which also had a 20" rim and I found it more comfy than a king spring or pedders spring, the only reason why i went to a compressed spring is coz it didnt sit low enough.

Has anyone bought any coilovers from the US made for the TSX and fitted to their car here.

King and Pedders aren't renown for quality or comfort...

If you want it to be height adjustable get the Koni + GC setup. Go on the ground control website, can order direct from them in the states

Yeah ground control is one of the sites I checked and they have nothing for a CU2 model. :(

Pretty sure the 1st gen TSX is compatible with the cl9 euros

Anything for the 8th gen accord (08-12) is compatible. They share the same suspension. Also keep in mind if looking for CU2 to look under Acura TSX (09 +) on any US based site.

UPDATE

So I have installed the Megan Ezy streets rides super smooth im running quite low and is still fine.

*note: diy takes time lol took me like 7hrs haha only coz I stuffed up a few times hahaha.

Car sits nice and however looking for a rear camber arm as the rear is -5 degrees. Any recommendations?
