help find engine for ah civic B16

Hi
im only new here and need info on getting a new engine for this car.
i have 12s wh statesman and been playing around v8s but this is the first time with a 4cyl cars.
always like Honda engines.
so i have been given ah civic for track days but need a new engine.
it used to be track car, but it has blown engine witch im only guessing it has 1.5 but not sure.
im looking for b16a with box. but can i get help if this is going to bolt on.

i did see and read it before, but is ed-ef engine bay same as ah bay.
also is there anyway of knowing what motor is in the car now, from just looking at the photo.

Idk about the process on ah civic but imb100percent sure ud need a cable gearbox instead of a hydro

Redpepperracing.com should have the wealth of info you are after. Should be able to run either cable or hydro gearbox just need adaptors or modifications but cable would be easier. The car has already been coverted to EFI with the D16/ZC engine (likely from a first gen integra) so that makes it easier.

Engine you want will fit in the bay and has been done a few times in Australia, I'm sure I've even seen off the shelf mounts before but can't remember where sorry. ED/EF bay is very different

so if i can get half cut b16 the 118kw , engine and motor that will be easier.
