Accord 9th Gen - wheel sizes that fits?

Hi guys, i'm collecting my 9th Gen Accord next week, and want to order some aftermarket wheels for it. Factory wheels are 18x8 +55 offset. Do you think 18x9.5 +38 fit without rubbing the fenders?

My calculations show that it will poke/extend outwards by 36mm. Is that ok?

I'm planning to lower it on Eibach Pro-Kit as well (1" drop).

If I need to roll the fenders, how much would it generally cost?

your best bet is to check out the US Accord forums, you'll get better help out there as the 9th gen is everywhere in the states. lots of great customs there.
