lowering stock seat in dc2

just about to purchase a dc2 vtir and was wondering if anyone has had any luck lowing the seating position weather it be from rail or seat modification. im 6ft 3 and need the head room and wouldnt mind seeing out the front window.

most likely need to use a BuddyClub ultra low rail and aftermarket seat

otherwise be brave and get creative redesigning the stock setup unfortunately

Put the engine into an eg shell. I'm 6'2 and it worked for me :)

Instead of the sunroof?
There is someone selling lowered seat rails on here for $180 for the dc

could also delete the sunroof for more room

remove all sunroof parts,install plug to fill roof

and fit non sunroof headliner

would a set of sr3 seats with standard rails be lower? or would i have to get some new lower rails for those too?

Why don't you just drive with your head out of the sunroof? Try that and see if it works
