then see if u wanna do more? : ) i suppose u can get cams if u got money but I'm led to believe that no cam swap is as simple as just getting new cams without getting springs and retainers and a new gasket...
if u got even more money u can do a port and polish and IM/TB, thinner gasket, swap out internals... but by then u should've really puta turbo in ur car

extractors i found some online suitable for my car. how do i know its good stuff. its Xforce 4-2-1 Stainless steel extractors . would this suit my b16a. i', getting cams from an integra type r. would this be suitable.

type R cams are suitable but would require springs, retainers and new head gasket etc to fit in properly i think.... XFORCE headers are ok... in the end headers are just a bunch of metal pipes... in my opinion theres no real point unless u bleed cash to go get TODA headers or other $1000+ brand... sure they ARE good and will give u that 1KW difference, but with the excess money u spent over say a ITR header u coulda spent that on somethng that gave u more than 1KW
for b16A get AUDM or JDM ITR or CTR headedrs

would this be suitable JDM Series 2 EK9 Civic Type R from b16b block its Tubular steel (not cast iron), 4-2-1 equivilent of JDM Integra Type R 4-1 headers.
are headers the same as extractors??
i'm new at this technical stuff.
btw ghost what ride do u have??

yes the EK9 headers are perfect... basicaly EK9 or DC2R are the best bang for ur buck headers i think...
headers = extractors
I have an Ek4 : ) i was unhappy with it at one stage but now i love it

20kw? with I/h/e?? i don't think that is going to happen.

i didnt realise we were trying to get 20kw with i/h/e?!?! hahaha wif i/h/e i'd be happy with 10kw... realistically.... 5-8?

i always think i/h/e should be the first mods... sure clutch/flywheel may be better but getting I/h/E is cheap and u get the instant enjoyment straightaway rather than sitting around saving money

with everything you get what you pay for.
I agree with doing the breather mods first, I/H/E...
then the next thing would probably be clutch and flywheel... that's my personal opinion.
However in the end it comes down to personal preference and what you want out of the car, and your intended application.

get i/h/e.... its the basics...
then the rest is up to u...
but ill start with
i/h/e
cams springs cam gear and ECU
Maybe if u have money ill also get P&P and gasket at the same time..
drive for awhile.. if u still want more get throttle body and manifold
whenever your clutch goes get clutch and flywheel at the same time
after that if u still have money and hungry for power pistons and balance engine...
final drive ,LSD
then upgrade everything again to crazy spec and rev to 10000rpm and take out fwd record...
just my 2 cents....
