Hey everyone I'm new, so feel free to point out that there are probably already threads relating to this and such (I did use search but couldn't find exactly what I wanted).

But I was wondering if anyone could provide advice on what sort of modifications one could do to a manual DC5 base model, to improve handling and such?
Also possibly on any other decent modifications that could be done to improve performance that does not directly modify the engine?
And if there is any mechanic that specialises in Hondas or that is recommended within Victoria for fitting after market modifications and parts?

^^ Honda specialist. He's on this forum too.
If you can't afford the coilover route or want something that is possibly more sustainable, go the shock and springs route. Eg - Koni yellows and eibach's.

Eibach or Spoon progressive springs and a fast road setup with camber arms and bolts.
Tranforms the handling imo.

a set of good lightweight wheels to reduce unsprung mass and a set of good tyres > cheap coilovers

after that, sway bars (not massively familiar with the base model DC5, do they have front and rear sway bars?)
