universal o2 sensor wiring

I was using wideband o2 sensor i removed it and put universal o2 sensor.
getting cel code 41
loom is obd2a
wires
blk/ylw
blk/wht
white
blk/grn

o2 sesnor
blk
gray
white
white
which wire goes where?

Thx but not helpfull. What i know is blk/ylw has 12V , where it should be conected?
Which 2 wires in loom o2 plug should be connected to 2 white heater.
I am going crazy. Changed 2 o2 still the same.

Pg 5 clearly shows u the oe colour to universal colour diagram for a honda 4 wire, even showing u the position

it say oe signal blue or white . oe heater black x2 . oe ground green .
Did i post any of these wire? No

Oh sorry Dorikin. I do not have oem plug, forget to mention that. My mistake.
Thanks A lot my friend. Sort my problem, Bosch o2 sensor did not work on my Honda, many other have a problem with bosch o2 sensor.
