Clutch squeaks on rough gear changes

When I change gears at low RPM/speed without pushing up the revs a bit to compensate the car jerks a little, recently this jerk has been accompanied with a sqeaking noise from under the car, there is no noise on smooth gear changes, only these rough ones. What's the problem?

I have a heavy duty clutch from honbits too.

there's at least 3 other euro / squeeky / creeking clutch threads which have been discussed in the past mth...

seems to be a common / minor? issue...
if you're worried have it checked out by honda
