Honda Accord Euro whining noise

have quite a few issues with my 05 accord euro. The wheel bearing needs replacing and I was told it would cost me 400 dollars. Am I getting ripped off ? And also I got a whining noise coming from the front that has gotten louder over the past few months. I don't expect someone to help me over the Internet but my main question is where is a good honda mechanic in sydney I can take my car to and allocate all the issues as I have took it to 3 mechanics and they all said don't worry about the noise.
