Sports Lip on Accord Euro

I was just wondering if it's possible to put a sports lip on an accord euro non luxury version, without fog lights.

Is there any possibility that you can get fog lights installed on a facelift euro and then add the lip on top or just add the lip without any fog lights.

Is it possible to get fog lights installed on the normal bumper, or do I have to purchase a luxury/sports bumper to be able to get fog lights. Also, do you know where I can buy the fog lights?

I see what you mean there. best option would be to go to a wreckers and get a 2nd hand bumper + fog lights in your colour.
