Hi all
i just got an alpine CDE-W235EBT headunit as a gift, so i've got to upgrade my car audio now(ive been putting it off), anyways ive decide i want just front splits and maybe some dynamat or cheap deadner, some wires and harnesses and that'll be it, approx ~$200-$400 to spend.

could someone recommend me what to get? i was thinking alpine type-s so that it goes with the HU and car but hearing about more specialist brands that are more bang for buck.

PS Spacers make the speaker out from the door right? if so i don't want spacers kinda enjoy the stock, stealthiness of my car atm

Thanks all

hi all this a bit of a bump/update. so far ive got the Alpine CDE-W235EBT, dynamat trunk kit, honda to alpine harness and pioneer TS-D1720c components however what im in search for now is an amp to drive the speakers. preferably small enough to fit under the front seat and not too expensive.

define "not too expensive".

small amps out there are Alpine PDX's (smaller than a sheet of A4 paper), same with the JL HD series. mosconi & arc audio have small amps too, among MANY others. pop into your local specialist and see what they have for your budget

Morel Maximo for the splits... they're great!
