Carsales say 6.5, some other videos I see say 5.7 so on and on, I know its heavily dependent on how well the driver can shift but can someone clarify? and if say you put a supercharger on it and boost that hp from 240 -> close to 400, what would the numbers be like?

how does the s2k compare with the DC2R EP/K Type R on the straights?

It's all really up to how you drive it, whether you've got the air con on, road conditions, etc. I think it was around the 6.2 second mark, but don't quote me on that.

Have no idea about the times for supercharging it though sorry.

I've read 5.5 to 6.5 seconds. Ap1's were lighter than AP2 and were capable of quicker shifting (however prone to breaking shift box bits)

If you're after an S2000 for 0-100, you're missing the point. In day to day driving, you will quite literally be destroyed by a V6 Commodore off the line if you're not screaming at 5k+RPM while waiting for the light to go green.
If your respect for your driveline is low enough / pockets are deep enough, you'll launch in VTEC at around 7k, hitting somewhere around 6.5 on a bad day, or as low as about 5.8 if you get perfect launch / weather / no passenger / just a tiny bit of wheelspin!
