Has anybody ever put dc5r calipers on a dc2r?
Is it even possible?

Possible with time and money
But why would you want to upgrade the dc2r calipers. Unless you're tracking alot/hill runs etc.
The 17cl15vn calipers are fine.
They are also used on the v6 accord and 1st gen odyssey (which weighs almost 1500kgs)
If it can pull up a 7 seater minivan
It'll easily pull up a 1200kgs dc2r

Hey jasemas,
So If I get a caliper with the carrier from a v6 accord it will be a straight fit on a dc2r?

I don't understand your question
The dc2r, cg v6 accord and Odyssey all share the same caliper & pads
Only difference is the mounting brackets - t23 or t25 - thickness of rotor

Which cars have the same mounting brackets as the dc2r?

Probably just the dc2r
Not too sure about rotor thickness
The caliper assembly i took had t25 brackets on them

Do you have a dc2/dc2r?

Unless you're talking about the legit JDM Brembos

Then if you're baller you could go NSX calipers?
