Civic EG traction bar problems

hey guys,

Got a civic eg with a traction bar and I still get wheel hop just wondering what the problem could be.

The pre load is set up about 1/4 to 1/2 of a turn pushing on the lca's, I haven't got a wheel alignment yet should I do this first? and maybe try drop tyre pressures abit?

Need to fix before I break something

Traction bars on EG/DC2/EK are stupid, and will bind due to their design. Just give this guy a call and replace all your front end bushes with spherical bearings: http://kingpinmachine.com/

you reckon their a waste of time? I bought the car with it on and ive never experienced wheel hop so bad, even on my old eg I never had one bit of hop

can some one explain to me why I have wheel hop? are my bushings gone? wheres the best place to go so they can diagnose the problem
