Honda 2007 CL9 Navigation V20 or V21

I have just rung Honda parts and they tell me we are up to V21 Navigation update and i was wondering if anybody is running this update on their car and if it has the Frankston bypass in Victoria
And if it will work on my 2007 CL9 accord euro luxury
