buying import from dealership

Interested in an ep3 in being sold in Victoria, but the thing is I have no idea, on the process of inspecting,buying a car.
Does anyone one have any guides or key things to look for or i can hire someone that specialize in hondas/ep3, that can come with me to look at the car.
