Facelift fog lights - Pre facelift bar?

Does anyone know if the facelift fog lights fit in a pre facelift bar... I have foggies in there at the moment - but want the HID foggies as one of mine is cracked!

Anyone know? Honda spare parts have no idea!

They have different housings (the plastic bit)

So if I get new plastic housings that will replace my existing housing? And it's as simple as plugging in the new foggies?
