Announcing the new Motul Sport 100% Synthetic Ester range available now in Australia!
The Motul Sport range has been specifically developed for owners of modern street cars who enjoy spirited sport driving.
Motorsport enthusiasts across the globe appreciate the optimised engine response, enhanced acceleration, and robust film strength for engine protection with free-flowing & stable oil pressure.
Motul Sport is used when the superior performance of 300V Ester Core is not critical but when a high performance 100% Ester synthetic is desired.
The affordability of Motul Sport 100% Ester Synthetic wont hurt the wallet of those using E85 or PULP and are on short drain intervals due to fuel dilution.

Recommendation Guide
This is given solely as a suggestion and is reliant on you to make the best decision.
Choosing viscosity based on fuel dilution
If you dont have access to Used Oil Analysis testing, you can roughly judge fuel dilution by modifications. With whatever oil you decide, always keep a close eye on the oil pressure. One of the signs of fuel dilution is a drop in oil pressure to what it normally should be.
Light = OEM/Factory engine and tuning or very mild tuning upgrades
Medium = Reflashed or remapped ECU with mild tuning upgrades. Low to medium increasein boost pressure in forced induction vehicles.
Heavy = Reflashed or remapped ECU with heavy tuning upgrades. Medium to high increase in boost pressure in forced induction vehicles.
If your engine originally required:
xW20 Use 5W40 for light, medium and heavy fuel dilution
xW30 Use 5W40 for light to medium fuel dilution. 5W50 for heavy fuel dilution.
xW40 Use 5W50 for light to medium fuel dilution.
If your engine originally required an xW40 and you experience heavy fuel dilution, Motul recommends 300V 15W50 or 20W60.
