Accord Euro 2004 - Updating the grill

Hi all,

I've spent the last hour or so reading threads to get up to speed but I'm struggling somewhat. I'm not very good with cars so sorry if I ask basic questions, just trying to get my head around it all.

I have a 2004 Accord Euro, so pre-face lift and hate the front grill and bumper on it. Not only is mine damaged, but I also feel like the models before the face lift are very long and unappealing.

Ideally I'd like to put a post-face lift front on the car but understand that it is not possible, so I am now looking for ideas as to what I can do to change it. It's going to cost me $400 to have the scratches on the bumper fixed up (purchased it like that that) so I am thinking that I am better off spending more money to have it upgraded.

What options do I have? I don't want it to look over the top, just want to clean it up and update it a little.

I have attached some photos so you can see what the car looks like now. Please don't get to technical to me, I struggle with this type of stuff!

On a side note, what type of front grill/bumper is on the silver one I uploaded?

You can add a lip kit (like a body kit) for the car (see my post b), and change the grill to a mugen mesh grill like this (this is a replica):

and yes, they are different between pre- and post facelift
