F23 rear main seal plate- does that have a gasket? + are h22 sump gask. same as H22?

Hey,
I need to replace my rear main seal on my F23a RA3 odyssey. I understand I have to take off that plate with the gold bolts that the seal is in.
Does anyone know if that plate has a gasket. If so where I can get one from
?
Also, anyone know if h22a or f22 sump gaskets work on f23?

seal sits around the crank - bolts shown have been removed and placed back in for conveniences sake. On an auto there is the thin plate resembling a flywheel which the torque covertor connects to - either way if you are presented the image above you can slowly lever out the old main deal with a medium sized flathead screwdriver. You will damage it , maker sure not to damage or scar the internal walls of the seal areas. The new one is placed over , then lightly tapped in around its edge with a socket piece or similar to preserve the seal.
