So do your headlights say H4 in the circle on the glass, or S4 like mine?
*edit* Mine also say S4 on the metal at the bottom of the globes, this is looking through the headlights...
my globes don't say anything on it anywhere.
danny keeps insisting they're H4H, but i reckon he's a noob :p
someone with some real facts help me out?

EF is jap spec
ED is ausspec

both the cars looks pretty same.but they are different

H4H isn't it call 702K bulb in Japan? They are bloody expensive to replace as my old EF9 had them. My friend still have a set of RAYBRID Whites I think :D

None of the meanings of "gronk" have anything to do with what I said. Please take your spam elsewhere. I'm just saying I would prefer the dual carby ED far more than a shitty DPFI EF (American or Jap spec, I'm not sure if the DPFI was in Japan though).
type one - correct 702K bulbs - i still have two sets folks... PIAA...
Interested in selling them? :)

Actually I didn't choose a carby over anything, I didn't choose a carby, engine, wheels anything. I knew nothing about cars when I bought mine. Plus, I don't spam, I try to always be on topic and help the OP, you however have 3 ****ing thousand plus posts and seem to enjoy yourself greatly when you derail a thread. Everything I wrote in that post is correct, completely and totally, I hope you'll take into consideration my original request and take your spam elsewhere.
Sorry if "choosing" a carby engine over a far slower DPFI Engine insults your intelligence somehow

Anymore defamatory comments or personal shitfights in here will bear the consequences.
Take it to PMs!

I had to replace the ones in my EF9 - 60 bucks a piece at repco - fortunately the cashier thought it was a mistake and only charged me 30.
Ask your friend if he wants to offload the whites

USDM spec 4th gens are EDs, not EFs and came with DPFI on the STD and multipoint on the Si (SOHC EFi 1600). The USDM Si leaves the aussie/JDM spec for dirt in terms of a bit more horsepower.
Japan (EF) didn't use DPFI - only multipoint on the top of the range specs - eg the Si, SiR and AWD sedan.
I hate it when people label the car as an EF - there were more EE/EDs produced than there were EFs. EE = europe (produced in japan as well as in europe), EDs were rest of the world except for a few parts of asia and were produced in Japan, the US and Canada) and the EF was JDM as well as places like Malaysia, Singapore etc.

You sure? I'm guessing you are but I'm damn sure it's EF not ED, I think their cheaper CRX's were EDs or something...

dude.. it's real simple..
ED = AUSDM/USDM
EE = EURDM
EF = JDM (ya'll)

I'm absolutely certain - 100% Go to the 4G links in my sig and ask someone on the boards for their VIN. By the way, I've been following the ED/EF/EE trend since 1988... that *might* say something.

Yes, that's why I figured you would be right. So I guess I've just been misled by all the idiot americans that call their civics EFs then. A search on honda-tech turns up barely anything on EDs compared to EFs.

They just use it as a classification as they are JDM wannabes. I've never understood it myself. When I had an ED, it was an ED. Their ED's with a B16A will outrun my EF with a B16A due to the fact that the EF9 is heavier than an ED6 (especially their DX which was the equivilent of our EG Breeze) so I don't really see the EF fascination... other than the fact that I have one and they don't =)
J/K - a lot of them really know their stuff.
