Will a Dc2r Sway bar straight fit on a dc2 Gsi?

Do you mean a DC2 VtiR or a DC4 GSi ? Pretty sure the anser is yes to both, but you may need to reinforce the subframe.

front or rear ?

rear will NOT "straight fit" (different subframe,requires ASR or similar mounting kit)
front YES
