repairing lug nut holes?

I have some enkei rp01 looking wheels but on one of the wheels it looks like someones tried to file the holes out on it or something.

I was wondering if anybody has experience with fixing that?

Can it be done? Is it worth doing and if so who in brisbane should I go to?
