Good afternoon,
I have a 1987 Integra requiring a 5 speed manual gear box. The car cannot be driven. My mechanic has told me the shaft and casing are both damaged. I have tried the wreckers in Brisbane, but they no longer carry parts for my model. I am unsure where to go from here.
Any advice you may offer would be appreciated?
Could anyone recommend a manual gear box re-builder in Brisbane please? Preferably on the South-side.

Your best options are;

Try and find a DA1/DA3 being wrecked in Australia or New Zealand.

Joining the RedPepperRacing or 1Gteg forum/Facebook and hoping shipping doesn't cost the moon from America/etc.

Or pm whiteballade, he may have a spare.

I suggest getting it rebuilt.
