Im gonna take a wild guess here.

You drive civil all the time.

If you get something that cost like $110+ Corner your sweet.

My Recommendation would be at the moment - Continental ContiComfortContact CC5. They are on sale at the moment buy 3 and get 4th for free.

I haven't used CC5's yet but I've used MC5's they were excellent tires for daily driving. Great grip in wet and dry and long life and low noise.

Hi Rubyjazz, check out Beaurepaire too as they also have a sale on atm, check to see if the sale includes Michelin, if it does then you're in luck. Primacy 3 ST would be the pick of the current Michelin lineup.

Both Conti and Michelin will have something right for you.

Tyreright inflated my tyres to 40? According to the mechanic these are better than the spec 32 or 33, do you agree?

I wouldn't go for Dunlop, unless they've changed up their compound and tech, they're really noisy... -_-"

Go conti...

As for the PSi, I'm going with 38psi with my PS3s...

I went for the Hankook Ventus V2 Concept - 185/55R16 83H SL just to try it  and best value.

My DC5R is running the Ventus V12.

I wouldn't get them again. Excellent grip in the dry. Average wear. Sort of predictable wet grip. - Me being nice review.

Also 40 PSI is recommended inflation. I normally run in the low 30's for extra grip but more wear.

What were you using before? More importantly, what will you be using after?

Stock size for honda jazz is 175 65 14

Recommend size to go with is 195 45 16 to have the speedo out by few mm
More common size and easy to find is 205 45 16
https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc?tires=175-65r14-195-45r16

i got dunlop dz102 on my 16x7 great tyre in the dry and no lose of traction in the wet so far

I had pirelli p7 before hand.

I just bought a set of advan neova's holyshit these are excellent.

I really have to push the car with traction control off to make use of these. They stick to the road.

PS- I wouldn't buy dunlops. If the rubber for shoes they make are shit, I wouldn't be buying tires they make.

Question why do people think shoes are the same as tyres

Dunlop supplies tyres to v8 supercars the dunlop sportmaxx for last 15 years which you can buy for your car in similar compound of rubber
Perform very well for the money with same racing technology as v8 supercars

Sure dunlop has had alot of slack for not performing well but how offen do most people check their tyre pressures and do regular wheel alignment every 10,000kms
If all

Thanks for the knowledge.

I now hate Holdens that little bit more.

Testing on sub par parts. Tsk tsk
