hi all I have a cd5 accord with the f22 motor and manual box and I'm looking to gain some up and torque with out killing my wallet or the reliability of the car. I have already removed the intake baffles to allow it to breath cold air easily and reset the computer....this has made quite a difference. My clutch is on the way out so I'll be replacing that with the excedy heavy duty version and while I'm that far into the engine bay I will replace the fly wheel with a 10lb version from the U.S. I'm thinking extractors and exhaust should be done when the current system is replaced but I need recommendations on header brands and what size exhaust I should run. Are there any other little tricks I can do?
Thanks. In advance

Once you've done I/H/E, Hi-Flow CAT tune it with something [Pick your poison, all on your budget] and the rest focus on support mods like you mention flywheel, suspension etc.

Next step in power is cams if going NA...

+1 eBay electric supercharger. Or, remove air filter and exhaust pipe.
