Hi Guys,
Can anyone please tell me what the best suspension set up is for an EK4 hatch. I was told EK with EG or DC front end is the best, can someone please confirm this.
Cheers.

What exactly do you want to do with your car?
What is your budget?
What brands do you like?
What are your future plans?

At the moment the car is a daily with track days thrown in.
not set a budget as such, i guess that depends on the options available if that even makes sense.
future plans are to turn it into a race car.
no particular favourite brands.

I can quote you some brands that'll be 'quality' but its worth as much as your car for just the coilovers...
How much do you feel is worth it mate? Cause a car that's daily with occasional track will have a completely different setup to a track only car.

EG front suspension minimal gains for a lot of headache (unless Kswap). Need EG subframe to run EG / DC sway bar, then need to swap LCA's too.
Better to spend time and effort on good coilovers, bushes, brake upgrade and tyres (all of which you will still need with EG front end anyway)
Lots of very quick EK's around the country. Do some research. Most people not willing to divulge their hard earned secrets to going fast, but if you're prepared to put in some effort you will quickly learn what works.
