07 Accord Euro GPS keep re-booting itself

Hi all

I'm looking at a 07 Accord Euro Tourer. Everything is great except for the GPS having stuck in re-booting mode. With this, i can't get access to the climate control at all.

My question is is this a common thing?

Is it easy to fix? or Is it expensive to fix?

Original DVD, i read up on US forums and its normally the DVD reading sensors are dirty.
