Windscreen wipers

Recently my windscreen wipers have been over wiping, have no clue what the problem is!
Car is a civic eg btw!

Re adjust them
So when they are at the bottom and off.

Tighten the and ensure they are seated properly

sounds like the nut holding the wippers became lose
