automatic stick on the 5 gear and does not downshift when acceleration

Hi, I bought my 10 euro 5AT with 73000km last week. I meet two problems by far.

The first one, when the car is at the 5th gear, I floor the acceleration pedal, transmission does not downshift at all and the engine stick at about 3000RPM and the car has a 'hooooooooooon' sound. The speed is from 80km/h to 110km/h. I have used 13liters DW-1 to do drain and fill in a week.

The second one, I experienced twice. When I turn off the car, there is a sound in the engine bay like a water tank when water drain out from it. I cannot see any fluid loose or any leaking.

2. water sound probably coolant draining into overflow as it cools

The sound is a loud humming, feel like the car is choked.

is it like a cold cough or a smokers cough?

used car section of a Mazda dealer. It is an one owner car with full honda service history up to date.

It is a continuous sound, not like cough.Hard to describe, we all have different feeling on the same word. My biggest concern is the car does not downshift after she reaches fifth gear with full throttle.
