Lol... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flux_capacitor
My un-professional opinion is that it seems like a thermostat problem. Dunno, maybe your ECU knows? http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8218
Someone might be able to give more information about it tonight.

I had the same problem before in my old car. When my car was in a still position it would overheat. But when I'm driving the thermostat would come down. I had to replace the radiator twice on the car. If I was you I should go and get it checked up. It could be your thermostat playing up.
The problem with mine was that the water was not circulating properly. There was small blockage some where in my pipes and also I had a small leak in the radiator.
To be on the safe side just get it check.

oh no, it doesnt sound good...
to get a radiator change...it would cost heaps...
now i dunno if i should change thermostat or get it checked for radiator..cos thermostat should be cheap right? $25 bucks?

Nor sure how much the thermostat would cost. My radiator cost me like $400 when I purchase it the second time.....
Cars are costly
hehehe

Also make sure the coolant is topped up and you follow the propper filling/bleed procedure to avoid air bubbles.

nah...oil level, and cooland level..all cool..all topped up..
maybe blockage or something wrong...
for my knowledge, i thought thermostat only helps...if ur temp gauge is playing up..like rising then dropping....and should happen even when it's driving on normal flat road..but the strange thing about my car is..it only happens when the car is tilting...

ok , i've had many ppl's advice to change the thermostat...so does anyone have any idea how to cooland change? i've read the articles DIY...
it mentions unbolt BLEED bolt to let air out? and also drain the radiator....
but i also heard there's something called a DRAIN BOLT, and that drains the coolant from ur engine??? is that true? if so does anyone know where it is?

dont need to drain, bleed unbolt anything.
if u want just unplug this tube http://www.ozhonda.com/gallery/data/500/7941-med.jpg
and coolant will gush out.
then unbolt this
http://www.ozhonda.com/gallery/data/500/7991-med.jpg
more coolant will gush out.
then when u replace the thermostat make ssure u use the original rubber grommet.
put all back and fill up rad. with coolant. its a 10min job

i've changed the coolant and thermostat today...
but unfortunately...no good..becos da temp only rises when car tilted, now the temp rises..then it's on IDLE..and loweres when i accelerate..it feels like the water circulates when i accelerate and when i dont, the heat comes on..
does anyone no why?
did u bleed the system properly? use correct coolant mix? put the thermostat in the right way? is ur bottom coolant hose hot or cold??
its possible ur waterpump is failing or has corroded impellars.
