Apologies in advance if my search skills fail me - but I couldn't find any pics on here of an FD Civic with an Ultra Racing strut brace installed?

I've seen on google how it's meant to sit under the cowling but haven't seen one where the cowling is back in place, which makes me wonder if the fitment is good?

In the sport the cowling is a little more closer towards the top of the engine.

Thanks in advance!

The firewall of the civic is strong enough that it's pretty redundant to have a strut brace.

But if you really want one, have a look at the cusco V brace (http://s16.postimg.org/oi1eqmh5x/Photo_by_John_Phung.jpg) (sits over the engine and mounts to the radiator support) or the tanabe brace (http://www.more-japan.com/blogs/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/TTB172F_1.jpg).

A bit of dressup doesn't kill...

Unless you're tracking etc then want something more substantial like he suggested :)

Unless the bar is linked via the shock mounting , it is pointless. IE pictured is held by some tiny bolts either end. Bling factor only
