Aside from getting the car tuned for e85 what are the necessary hardware changes to make this happen?

I think you might need an approved e85 fuel pump but is there anything else?

Has anyone made the switch on the euro?

on the euro not I'm aware of

but plenty of E85 Kswaps.

the fuel line might have to be replaced and you'll want a new fuel filter after a tank or 2 of e85, other wise no real changes.

although if you do get a dynotune you'd probably find that your RDX injectors might get close to max duty cycle, you usually pump more fuel for your e85 to get the power gain compared over normal petrol.

Also.... high compression loves e85 if you're staying NA.

by the way, I'm talking straight e85, not mixing (flexfuel)

Honda tuners dont have great flexfuel support (ie: adjust ecu mapping depending on mix of E85 and normal petrol in the tank)

Flexfuel support by flashpro/ktuner etc are ... crap/non-existent/patchy-hacky

When your talking about fuel lines is that the one from the fuel pump to the firewall or the firewall to the fule rail or both.
