2002 DC5 base model ligbt bulbs?

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to check with all the experts here.

one of my low beam bulbs is dead, and I am looking for a replacement, but I am founding a lot of conflicting information..........

In the sticky on this forum, it says low beam uses H1:

However, I went to Supercheap yesterday, according to the charts there, supposedly low beam uses HB3

Now, to add to the confusion, I visited Powerbulb's website, and it reckons that it should be HB4............

Would anyone be able to help?

Also, what is the legality of these ultra bright white bulbs? the ones I saw at Supercheap (Philips and Navara) claims to be ADR approved, are they ok to use? (my main concern would be not to become one of those f-wits who blinds ongoing traffic, but I do drive on the freeway a lot, so I thought maybe these might come in handy?)
