CRV suspension

SO my 04 CRV has uneven tyre wear which lead me to struts are shot and need replacing. What other model suspension will fit in possibly something to make it a little lower like Accord or something. If nothing like that will the newer 08 CRV stuff fit? Thanks.

How do you conclude that the struts are causing you uneven tire wear?

My mate works for a tyre and suspension shop and looked it over apparently it is problem with the RD7 when it gets to the 250XXXkm mark like this one.

04 and 08 CRV are 2 different models, I doubt the struts will fit each other.

easiest way to make sure, is to call the dealer and check if they have the same part numbers. I doubt it though.

People in the states say earlier first gen CRV suspension works as well as Accord and Civic parts but I do not know if the US variants are different to ours.
