Yo Peeps,
I have done my Googling about restoring plastic exterior trims (specifically the trim beneath the front wipers, for a 20 year old car, ie, EG Civic, yo), but I don't think any methods such using the heat gun, or various trim products definitively state that there are a more permanent solution.
So, before I fork out quite a bit for a new OEM replacement (provided that it isn't discontinued), what is a more permanent solution to restore exterior trims? Perhaps sand back, and apply some kinda non-gloss black paint?
Thanks,
Yo.
