99-00 stock bumper on a 96-98

Just wondering if there is 99-00 vti-R stock look alike civic bumper that would fit onto a 96-98 model civic? :confused:

the quick answer is no. 99-00 front has a small face lift so it donest fit, since different shape

theres immitation stock bumpers? if there made for the model den of course they will fit.

but only other way to fit a stock 99-00 on a 96-98 would be to change fenders, headlights, bonnet and bumper itself.

dont think so dude, im assuming u got the vti coupe model

i have never seen a imitation whole bumper for 96 that looks like 99 so youll have to get the whole set with lights, fenders etc and do a conversion....I got the same car and wated the 99 front end but with a nice lip, grill and maybe fogs it can look just as good.

Just check the wreckers, see if you can get panels off a car that's been rear ended.

no, there is actually a body kit made for the 96-98 civic based on the 99-00 front! no kidding! only thing is that i fink they made it wif a moulded lip on it, not fully stock style.

bad thing is that i saw it ages ago, can't remember if i got a pic, can't remember the name (remember it was made in japan tho) and can't be bothered looking thru my thousands of pictures to find it :rolleyes: sorry
